Leadership Team

Aarish Gokaldas

Chief Executive Officer

Aarish has over 20 years of federal contracting leadership experience in supporting technical intelligence, policy analysis, and capture and proposal management. Aarish entered the Intelligence Community first as an Intelligence Officer with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), then as a Senior Policy Analyst with SAIC, both roles in support of the Directorate for Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) and Technical Collection. In 2008, Aarish joined OGSystems (OGS), a small business supporting the defense and intelligence communities.  There, he led the Business Development group, growing the organization from $3M in revenue in 2008 to $130M by 2019. As Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and eventually Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Aarish created and implemented a long-term strategy to continue OGS’ growth in a sustainable and focused way without sacrificing its commitment to culture or employee welfare. In doing so, he led OGS to a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of over 20% in the last five years before its acquisition by Parsons.

After the acquisition, Aarish served as the Executive Vice President for Parsons’ Space and Geospatial Solutions Market.  In this role, he established S&GS’ reputation as an end-to-end geospatial provider. He expanded their space support capabilities around sensor payload integration and space situational awareness with clients that included Space Force, NGA, and NRO. In 2020, Aarish joined Applied Information Sciences, a cloud engineering services company, serving as the CGO, helping the company achieve 20% average growth during his tenure. Aarish departed AIS in 2022 to stand up an independent consulting firm focused on building growth strategies for small and mid-sized companies in the government contracting sector.

Aarish earned a Bachelor of Science with honors in International Affairs from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a Master of Arts in International Security from the Georgetown Security Studies Program.  He enjoys traveling the world with his wife and two kids.  In his free time, he also enjoys the futility of trying to regain his high school tennis skills, watching terrible movies, and volunteering with his local animal rescue group.
